Shown successfully with his previous owner/breeder (Victoria) including 2012: Top 10 Newcomer VASA, 3rd newcomer Hunter VASA HOY, 3rd Led Newcomer Barastoc – Werribee 2012, Runner up Rising Star and Champion Open Hunter- EA State Titles Newcomer show. Previous owner had also started jumping him and at the time was clearing 50 -60cm. We haven’t continued with his jump training, however at a recent Pony Club camp he was used by a 13 year old girl and thoroughly enjoyed a variety of disciplines including jumping; showing he is a fast learning all-rounder. Mostly used as a mount for myself for adult riding club, pleasure riding and to school; my daughter started to campaign him last summer (2 outings). However this year; with a significant increase in my work commitments and my daughter’s studies, we have been unable to consistently give Evan the time he needs to continue his education. I have also; on recent self-reflection realised I am just too big for him. This has been a heart wrenching decision that has been extremely difficult to make. Evan is a beautiful boy with a soft snaffle mouth and is very responsive making him highly trainable. He has loads of potential for many successful years in the show ring and would make a good Pony Club mount and interschool prospect He has a lovely trot that you can sit to all day and a beautiful flowing, rocking chair canter. He would suit a confident, competitive teen or small adult and will only be sold to an experienced and knowledgeable home. Evan comes with his rugs and false tail. $6500. St Helens TAS.
