Built November 2010 but first registered April 2011. 28' long & approx 6'6 bays. All our horses wear 6'3 to 6'6 rugs and they fit fine. Reverse cycle air con. 12v & 240 v TV with DVD Player. Microwave, 12v & 240v Hot Water system, pump & water tank. Full length awning. We have a king size bed set up in there with 2 mattress's. Cupboards & drawers and corner bench. Curtains onwindows. Fully screened with security door. PA door into horses. Shower in front bay of horse area with pull out floor, shower curtain and corner rail. Tack boxes on the side. Rug rag and saddle rack inside. Hay rack on top. Toolboxes on each side. Panels attached. Vents in horse area. 2 Spare tyres. Suit a 3" ball hitch. Electric brakes & marine battery runs lights and brakes. Step runs along both sides of gooseneck for sitting on or stopping stones flicking up. Heavy axles.
